These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration on the Kinflo waitlist (“Waitlist”). By submitting your email address to join the Waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Waitlist Registration

2.1. To join the Waitlist, you must provide a valid email address.

2.2. You confirm that the email address you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to use it.

2.3. You may only register once for the Waitlist. Multiple registrations using different email addresses may result in removal from the Waitlist.

3. Use of Your Information

3.1. We will use your email address solely to:

  • Contact you regarding Kinflo product updates
  • Notify you about the launch of the Kinflo product
  • Send you information about early access opportunities
  • Communicate other relevant Kinflo-related news and announcements

3.2. We will process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

3.3. We will not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Your Rights

4.1. You have the right to:

  • Unsubscribe from the Waitlist at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send you
  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your personal data
  • Object to our processing of your personal data
  • Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)

5. No Guarantee of Product Access

5.1. Registration on the Waitlist does not guarantee:

  • Priority access to the Kinflo product
  • Any discount or special pricing
  • That you will be contacted before the general public
  • That the Kinflo product will launch

5.2. We reserve the right to determine waitlist order and access at our sole discretion.

6. Changes to These Terms

6.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

6.2. Your continued participation on the Waitlist after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Termination

7.1. We reserve the right to remove you from the Waitlist at any time without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.

7.2. We may close or discontinue the Waitlist at any time without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your participation in the Waitlist.

8.2. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

9. General

9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

9.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9.3. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

9.4. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
